As an Envelope Machine Adjuster, you will bring the following qualifications and skills in your toolbox:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
Proven experience as an Envelope Machine Adjuster or a similar role in the printing or packaging industry.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of envelope manufacturing machinery and processes.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable, with a growth mindset toward continuous learning and improvement, open to receiving feedback from others.
Positive, approaching challenges with proactive optimism.
Dedicated, demonstrating passionate commitment to our work.

Lift and carry heavy materials and equipment over 50lbs.
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
